I was amazed how thorough James and his crew was. He took the time to show me and explain everything by showing me the pictures from the camera they ran through the chimney. The crew was very clean and I had no clean up to do myself. Thank you so much!!

Had leaks with my chimney when it rained. I scheduled an inspection appointment and was provided a detailed report with pictures and the recommended repairs. They were quick to schedule the repairs, complete the work and answer any questions. They are professional, courteous, respectful of your property and work well as a team. I was very impressed throughout the entire process. Kudos to the owner James, his staff Matthew, Ari, Holly, Mike and the other workers. I highly recommend Mercer County Chimney Services.

Was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and helpfulness of Mike at Mercer County Chimney Services. He was checking the chimney, but was even able to answer some questions I had about the roof and gutters. He was friendly, helpful and professional during the chimney inspection. Wore booties inside and even cleaned up the tiny bit of insulation that fell out of the attic. My roofing is old and so with his roofing background, he was able to give me an idea of how much time I have to replace it and what to look for. Couldn't ask for better service. I would highly recommend! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank-you for your help!

James and his employees were great as always! On time, work was done neatly and I received a full explanation of the condition of my wood stove chimney. I have used them for the past 5 years. Always excellent service.

We were getting a strong odor from our wood-burning fireplace. We called Mercer County Chimney Services if they could address the issue causing the smell. They came out the same day we called them. They did a thorough inspection including taking videos/photographs of the inside of our fireplace’s flue. There was some creosote build up so used machine to scrub away the creosote from the flue. They also found cracks in the concrete chimney

Cap. They also found bricks where the mortar had dislodged at the joints. They repaired both the cracking and the mortar using state of the art materials. The materials used, and the workmanship, allowed them to give us a 10-year warranty. Mercer County Chimney Services is an excellent company. We will be using them for all of our fireplace/chimney services from here on.

I had Mercer County Chimney redo the lining in my two wood-burning fireplaces and replace the cracked ceramic liners with metal ones. They were very professional and even came a day early to set up the outside scaffolding. They used lots of drop cloths to ensure my floors didn't get damaged and cleaned up all their debris when they finished. The job was completed faster than expected and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Mercer County Chimney to anyone who needs help installing or maintaining their fireplace chimney.

Had my flu replaced, chimney completely refaced, bronze flashing, James, Ryan, and all of his men, were professional, thorough, clean and neat, and quick. Very pleased and satisfied.
